Swiss regtech company Indigita SA has announced that its cross-border trainings for banks are now recognised by SAQ Swiss Association for Quality and can, therefore, be credited for the Certified Wealth Management Advisor (CWMA) recertification. Indigita's extensive portfolio of online courses is based on the leading knowledge provided in the country manuals of BRP Bizzozero & Partners SA and serves to maintain and confirm the expertise of private banking client advisors in line with FINMA requirements.
SAQ Swiss Association for Quality acts as a neutral and independent body for the CWMA certification. Once issued, the certification remains valid for three years. After this period, client advisors can apply for recertification by completing a certain number of training hours to ensure that their professional knowledge remains up-to-date. The SAQ recognition means Indigita’s cross-border e-Learning courses for private banking are now eligible to count towards this recertification.
Indigita offers e-Learning cross-border trainings to provide the necessary knowledge for financial professionals to conduct their activities in a compliant manner, while mitigating cross-border risk. The topics covered in the cross-border trainings include client prospecting, negotiation, marketing, reporting and execution, which are essential aspects of a FINMA-compliant business relationship between client and advisor.
The courses comprise a formal assessment, consisting of 20 multiple choice questions with a passing grade of 80 percent. Every test is unique and based on a pool of 400+ questions, derived from the country specific manuals of BRP Bizzozero & Partners SA.
The courses are available in English and can be booked as of now. For more information about the cross-border online trainings and Indigita’s entire e-Learning offering.
