Seminar at Park Hyatt shows FinSA & MiFID II compliance is a hot topic for financial institutions

Leading regtech and wealthtech firms Indigita and Prometeia teamed up with regulatory knowledge providers BRP Bizzozero & Partners and BRP Tax to offer their combined expertise on FinSA and MiFID II regulation in a live seminar. The complimentary educational event, held yesterday at the Park Hyatt in Zurich, drew interest from professionals working at major institutions across the Swiss financial sector and highlighted the relevance of regulatory compliance for the industry.

With an audience of fifty senior leaders and financial professionals from across the Swiss banking and asset management industry, yesterday's two-hour live seminar in Zurich was fully booked, underscoring that financial regulation remains a top priority for the sector. The event has been organised to provide tangible knowledge and answers to key compliance questions, on the back of a recent webinar about the same topics that attracted more than 260 registrants.


The seminar featured a series of presentations by top experts from Indigita, Prometeia, BRP Bizzozero & Partners and BRP Tax to shed light on different aspects of FinSA and MiFID II, such as the protection of client interests, product placement rules, ESG considerations and tax suitability. The demonstration of real-life use cases brought the topics to life and showed how they apply to concrete business situations. The participants also made ample use of the opportunity to ask the experts their questions directly on site.
