Additionally, participants will explore how Swiss banks are impacted by sanctions issued by key entities, including:

United States: Complex regulations enforced by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), including asset freezes and transaction prohibitions.

The e-Learning takes approximately 45 minutes to complete and concludes with a final assessment to validate participants’ learning progress. Upon completion, participants will receive a certificate.
