Compliance in Credits

The Compliance in Credits e-Learning course equips employees in credit-related functions functions on the mitigation of administrative, legal and criminal risks associated with their role. Participants will learn about key external legal frameworks, internal regulations, and specific rules governing consumer credits and mortgages.

The training enables participants to understand the purpose of credit facilities, assess the financial capacity of debtors, value pledged assets, and apply sanctions regimes. It also covers all related regulatory requirements such as the Banking Act (BA) and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AML).
