The Dormant Account e-Learning course, created in collaboration with Sogeni SA, equips Swiss banking professionals with the skills to manage dormant accounts and comply with regulations. Participants will gain insights into the NARILO guidelines, Swiss Banking Ordinance, and Swiss Banking Act, focusing on the management of unclaimed assets and fulfilling obligations to clients and their heirs.

The training provides practical guidance on maintaining client contact, preventing account dormancy, and locating lost beneficiaries. Interactive modules ensure participants develop the expertise to safeguard assets and handle liquidation.
