ABOUT THE COURSES
The training is structured into four comprehensive chapters and starts with an overview of key definitions of financial services, instruments, and explanation of the circumstances under which the distribution of financial products can trigger the local distribution rules.
The course provides a summary of key definitions related to financial product placement and analyses the marketing rules subject to license under MiFID II. It continues by examining the licensing and registration requirements for structured products and fund. It concludes by analysing the documentation PRIIPs KID pertinent to: UCITS, AIFs and structured products.
