This course lays the foundation for compliant client interactions. It teaches crucial knowledge in the following areas:
Cross-border principles, key terms and definitions.
Main risks associated with cross-border business.
The day-to-day challenges of advising clients.
Internal policies concerning cross-border business (optional).
Internal cross-border framework and business travel rules (optional).
Participants will apply their knowledge with the help of ten real-life business cases.
Approximately 20 minutes.
All employees who may come in contact with clients and/or prospects.
There is no formal assessment with this course.
Upon completion, participants will earn a certificate.
