The SpeciVIM solution provides financial institutions with a true 360-degree view on client data by centralising all relevant information in one place. The modular software maps the entire client lifecycle across different departments and supports banks along the full range of operational topics, including self-onboarding, form generation, electronic signature, know-your-client (KYC), client information files, customer relationship management, anti-money laundering, compliance and documents management.

As part of the collaboration, the Indigita API will be integrated into the SpeciVIM platform, adding automated cross-border rules and suitability checks to the solution. Relationship managers can filter for suitable products and pull up cross-border information directly in the system when onboarding clients, conducting meetings and planning their travels. The cross-border knowhow supplied by the Indigita API is based on the leading regulatory expertise of BRP Bizzozero & Partners SA and BRP Tax SA. Thanks to the partnership, clients of SpeciTec will also gain access to legal and tax experts within the BRP Group, who can advise on specific cross-border questions.

SpeciTec CEO Philip Smith said: “Our partnership with Indigita makes it easier for banks to align their operations with today’s complex regulatory environment and helps them provide the best service to their clients.”

Indigita CEO Achille Deodato said: “We’re looking forward to collaborating with SpeciTec and making our regulatory expertise available to their clients. Adding the cross-border dimension to the successful SpeciVIM solution will further increase the value banks get from the platform.”
