Zurich, 27 January 2020 - Indigita, has released a new and simplified version of its popular “inApp” solution to offer situation-based information on cross-border regulations for banks and other financial institutions of all sizes. The web application takes complexity out of cross-border client interactions, allowing relationship managers to fully focus on client needs.
Indigita’s new solution, builds on the company’s successful inApp web application and introduces a new level of simplicity to the management of cross-border client interactions. The web application, which can be accessed from laptops, smartphones or tablets, provides relationship managers with quick and efficient access to context-dependent cross-border information right when it matters. Answers are clearly visualised, with activities being labelled as either compliant, non-compliant or falling into a regulatory grey area.
Compared to the previous inApp solution, the new version of inApp has been further simplified, while covering the full spectrum of banking and investment services. Based on the respective context and guided by an interactive interface, relationship managers obtain clear guidance on how to interact with clients and prospects, allowing them to focus on delivering their best service and advice. The transparent pay-per-use pricing model particularly allows smaller financial institutions to benefit from leading cross-border regulations know-how without prohibitive expenses up front.
